4. Orders & Pricing

• Bulk/wholesale pricing is available for retailers and distributors upon inquiry.
• Order confirmation is subject to product availability and payment confirmation.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.
• GST and applicable taxes will be added to the invoice as per government norms.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is accepted via cash, bank transfer, UPI, or other agreed methods.
• Wholesale orders may be subject to credit terms as agreed in writing.
• Payments must be completed before product dispatch unless a credit arrangement is in place.
• Any cheque payments returned due to insufficient funds will result in additional charges and suspension of credit facilities.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted only for sealed, unopened, and undamaged products within 7 days of purchase, with valid proof of purchase.
• Opened or partially used products cannot be returned.
• Products purchased during clearance or sale are non-returnable.
• If a product is found to be defective or expired at the time of sale, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after approval.
